Alex Serra lives in Ottawa, Ontario, and has been an animation storyboard artist for such shows as Maya and Miguel, Arthur, and SuperNormal, and was a cover artist and one of the pencillers on LEGION OF SUPER-HEROES IN THE 31ST CENTURY.
