LEGIONNAIRES 1 PREVIEW

LEGIONNAIRES 1 was promoted with a great deal of fanfare. There were posters galore and many interviews done in the various comics magazines.
   To give retailers a taste of what the book would be like, a special preview edition of the first issue was handed to them, and to be displayed on counters for customers to flick through.
   There was a bonus section at the back of the book which featured images of all the members. Many of them were used in various publicity interview articles, but some of the Chris Sprouse prelims only appeared here. While this preview is clearly marked not for resale, some copies have ended up in collectors' hands.
