The Super-Pets series returns 10 years after the last run. The Legion-inspired SCPA are captured by the Cat Crime Club, consisting of Purring Pete, Scratchy Tom, Gat Kat and Kid Kitty. But of course the pooches prevail and justice is restored. They are congratulated by Superman.
