Born in Ankara, Turkey, Yildiray Cinar began publishing comics in the late 90s in Turkish fanzine Çapa, of which he is a founding member. He has worked for Image, DC, Marvel and Dynamite. He of course was the regular penciller of the Legion for several issues.
